Linking your individual account is necessary if you want to add your personal Zoom link to your HubSpot meeting link.

You can link your Zoom user account to HubSpot after the integration has been installed by your account administrator. Click Zoom to link an individual Zoom user account and configure new contact exclusions.

You'll be redirected back to HubSpot, where you'll see Zoom appear under Connected Apps.
